Le Chef de l’État signe un décret portant promotion au sein de la garde nationale du Niger : Le président de la république, chef de l’État, SE. Issoufou Mahamadou a signé un décret portant nomination au grade supérieur d’officiers au sein de la garde nationale du Niger (GNN).

Chef de l`État SEM a quitté Niamey à destination de Tokyo au Japon
Dimanche 20 octobre 2019, Le Chef de l`État SEM Issoufou Mahamadou a quitté Niamey pour Tokyo au Japon où il prendra part, Mardi 22 Octobre, à la cérémonie d`intronisation de l`empereur Naruhito.

Aux termes de ce décret, sont nommés au grade supérieur, au titre de l’avancement normal pour l’année 2020, les Officiers de la Garde Nationale du Niger (GNN) dont les noms suivent, pour compter 1er janvier 2020.
